Once you complete your final payment, check your Wallet again to see available upgrades.Upgrades include adding additional days to your pass, upgrading your admission type, or adding camping to an admission only pass.What happens to my original tickets after I upgrade?Your original tickets are automatically replaced with your new upgraded tickets. You don't need to do anything, the updated tickets will appear in your Wallet right away.Can I get a refund after paying off my plan?No. All completed payments, including early payoff amounts, are non-refundable.What happens to my tickets when I cancel my payment plan?When you cancel your payment plan, your tickets are voided and you will no longer have access to the event. All completed payments are non-refundable. Once you cancel a payment plan, you cannot restart it. If tickets are still available for the event, you would need to purchase new tickets and set up a new payment plan if offered.

That is correct! The Thursday Pre-Party Add-on is no longer available. We have created a new 4-Day Admission Pass that eliminates the need for the Thursday Pre-Party Add-On.All Admission or Admission + Camping Passes include the Thursday Pre-Party, with the exception of the 3-Day Pass.If you purchase a 3-Day Pass and later want to attend the Pre-Party you can upgrade your ticket within your Tixr account.
